West Holmes’ football team had seven players selected as All-Ohioans in Division IV.

Senior quarterback Mason Wolfe, senior linebacker Elisha Baldridge, junior running back Sam Williams-Dixon and junior wide receiver Kyle Maltarich were all first-team picks. Senior offensive lineman Collin Gardner and senior kicker Nick Ginsburg earned second-team honors, while sophomore defensive lineman Elijah Williams-Dixon was selected to the third team.

Wolfe completed 180 of 258 passes for 3,164 yards and 41 touchdowns while rushing for 101 yards and three scores in 13 games. His passing touchdowns, yards and completion percentage (69.8) were all single-season school records.

Baldridge finished the season with 286 tackles (133 solo), including eight for loss and four sacks. The total tackles broke his own single-season school record that he set last year, and his solo tackles broke Knights legend Joe Norman’s mark of 72 set in 1974. He also forced four fumbles and recovered two while intercepting two passes.

Sam Williams-Dixon rushed for 1,596 yards and 33 touchdowns on 200 carries. He also caught 23 passes for 380 yards and a score. His rushing TDs tied the single-season program record.

Maltarich caught 65 passes for 1,345 yards and 21 touchdowns, averaging 20.7 yards per catch. His receiving TDs and yards were both single-season school records.

Gardner helped pave the way for an offense that averaged 49.9 points and 442.5 yards, both program records.

Ginsburg made a school-record 83 extra points and routinely booted the ball into the end zone on kickoffs.

Elijah Williams-Dixon recorded 107 tackles, including a team-high 11 sacks and 21 for loss, forced four fumbles and recovered one.
