Raudebaugh new VP at WCH

The Wooster Community Hospital Health System recently announced the hiring of Tara Raudebaugh to the position of vice president of quality management.

Raudebaugh has been with Wooster Community Hospital Health System since 1997, first as a perinatal staff RN, then as director of perinatal services in July 2011. In her previous role, she had operational and clinical responsibility for the perinatal service line, which includes 1,200 births a year and a 70-person team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Raudebaugh and her husband David have been married for 22 years. They enjoy spending time with their four children and three grandchildren.
