Wanda Brunstetter, an award-winning romance novelist, will visit the Main Library of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System on Aug. 1 at 6 p.m. This program is part of the library system’s annual Visiting Author Series.

“This is an incredible opportunity for local inspirational fiction fans to get to meet Brunstetter,” adult and teen services manager Robyn Guedel said. “Wanda is considered one of the founders of the Amish fiction genre, and her work has been covered by national publications including Time Magazine, USA Today, Newsweek, Good Housekeeping and Country Woman.”

Brunstetter is the author of over 90 books with more than 10 million copies sold. Many of her books have landed on the top best-seller lists including the New York Times, Publisher’s Weekly, USA Today, CBA, ECPA and CBD.

According to Guedel, Brunstetter will speak about her writing process and share her latest book, “The Apple Creek Announcement,” the third book in the “Creektown Discovery” series. A Q-and-A session will follow the event.

Popular titles by Brunstetter will be available for sale with a signing at the conclusion of the program. Registration is required for this free program. Visit the library’s online registration calendar at or call the Main Library at 330-364-4474.
